H2O Fashion is a sustainable brand dedicated to transforming ocean waste into unique, handmade accessories. Every purchase helps fund beach cleanups and marine conservation efforts. Your support makes a difference!

 

 

2. Your Order

  • Handmade Products: Each bracelet is handcrafted from recycled materials. Variations in colour, texture, and size make every piece truly one of a kind.
  • Availability: Because we use ocean trash to create our products, the stock may be limited, and colours or sizes depend on what we find on the beach. We’ll always keep you informed during the ordering process.
  • Custom Requests: We do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee specific colours or patterns due to the limitations of what we find on the beach at that time.

 

 

3. Payments and Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are listed in € (Euros) and include postage & applicable taxes within the European Union.
  • Secure Payments: We use a trusted payment provider (currently Stripe) to ensure your transactions are safe and secure.
  • Refunds: We offer refunds for defective items (see Refund Policy below). Due to the nature of our handmade products, minor imperfections are not considered defects but a part of their charm.
  • Company: Despite being called “h20fashion” we use “Creations s.r.o.” to legally process all our sales and taxes.

 

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees within the EU are included; if you are outside the EU, they will be calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
  • Delays: We strive to meet delivery estimates, but shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as availability. 
    In case of delay, we will inform you by WhatsApp, SMS, Email or telephone.

 

 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns Policy: If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we’ve inspected the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
