We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable.
Contact us through Whatsapp or Instagram with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
If you receive a defective item, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.
So, a portion of the money from every sale goes to beach cleanups. We try to collect everything that doesn’t belong there, and unfortunately, not everything can be turned into cool fashion pieces or art. But the ropes that we can use are first untangled, cleaned, and dried so they can be made into unique and fun bracelets that we hope you’ll love to wear for years to come.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. If you’ve requested a custom colour or size, it may take a little longer.
We ship worldwide! Depending on your location, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. (shipping within the EU & UK is currently free of charge)
